Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in defining the user experience and visual design of our products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to build intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and smooth implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and high-quality visual design.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Experience with conducting user research and interpreting results to improve designs.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and how to incorporate them into design.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers.
- Knowledge of animation and micro-interactions.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
